摘要
【摘要】目的:探究绘画艺术疗法对初三学生焦虑情绪的干预效果。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)对东莞市清溪中学634名初三学生进行焦虑情绪调查,随机选取SAS量表评分≥60分学生68名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各34例,对照组学生给予一般心理辅导干预,实验组学生给予绘画疗法干预,所有研究对象均,每周2次,每次45分钟,连续五周的干预,比较两组学生干预前后SAS量表评分差异。结果:634名学生SAS量表评分50~59分(轻度焦虑)共有62名(9.78%),60~69分(中度焦虑)共有118名(18.61%),≥70分(中度焦虑)共有29名(4.57%);干预后两组学生SAS量表评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),而实验组学生干预后SAS量表评分明显低于对照组的(P<0.05);所有参与实验的女生干预前后均高于男生(P<0.05)。结论:绘画疗法可有效改善初三学生焦虑情绪症状,学校应针对不同焦虑程度、性别的学生给予相应干预。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of painting art therapy on anxiety of junior students. Methods: 634 junior middle school students in Dongguan City, Qingxi middle school were using SAS scale for anxiety investigation.Sixty-six students with SAS score of ≥ 60 points were selected as study subjects. All the subjects were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method.Each group has 34 students. The subjects in the control group were given general psychological counseling intervention, the experimental group of students to give the treatment of painting intervention, all subjects were 2 times a week, each 45 minutes, five consecutive weeks of intervention. The differences of SAS scores between the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results: A total of 62 (18.71%), ≥ 70 (moderate anxiety) were recorded in 634 students with SAS score of 50-59 (mild anxiety), 62 (9.78%), 60-69 (moderate anxiety) ) A total of 29 (4.57%);The SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention (P <0.05);The score of SAS in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).All the girls who participated in the experiment were higher than boys before and after the intervention (P <0.05).Conclusion: Drawing therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of anxiety in junior high school students. The school should give corresponding intervention for students with different anxiety and gender.
