| 摘要 |
【摘要】 分析脑卒中后抑郁患者应用黛力新联合音乐疗法治疗后效果。方法 将我院117例脑卒中后抑郁患者采用随机数字表法分组,对照组58例给予黛力新口服,观察组59例联合音乐疗法治疗,观察两组患者治疗4周后神经损伤标志物含量、单胺类神经递质含量、负性情绪、神经功能变化,并对比临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗后S100B、NSE、5-HT、NE、DA水平及HAMD、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,BDNF水平及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 黛力新联合音乐疗法有效改善患者负性情绪,提升神经递质含量,调节神经损伤标志物水平,促进神经功能恢复。【关键词】黛力新;音乐疗法;脑卒中后抑郁;负性情绪;神经递质

| Abstract |
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of treatment with post-stroke depression in patients with post-stroke depression. Methods A total of 117 patients with post-stroke depression in our hospital were randomly assigned to a digital table. 58 patients in the control group were given Deanxit orally, and 59 patients in the observation group were treated with music therapy. The neurological markers were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. monoamine neurotransmitter content, negative mood, neurological changes, and compare clinical efficacy. Results The levels of S100B, NSE, 5-HT, NE, DA and HAMD and NIHSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The BDNF level and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qilixin combined with music therapy can effectively improve negative emotions, increase neurotransmitter content, regulate neurological damage markers, and promote neurological recovery.[Keywords] Deanxit; music therapy; post-stroke depression; negative emotion; neurotransmitter
