| 摘要 |
目的：对比传统护理与正念减压疗法应用于鼻咽癌患者同期放化疗中对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法：纳入本院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的同期放化疗治疗的鼻咽癌患者94例，以“入院顺序奇偶性”平均分为2组，观察组47例患者采纳正念减压疗法，对照组47例患者采纳传统护理，对比两组SAS评分、SDS评分、自我效能评分以及患者满意度。结果：观察组SAS评分、SDS评分明显比对照组低，观察组自我效能评分、患者满意度显著高于对照组，P<0.05（差异均具有统计学意义）。结论：正念减压疗法可显著减轻鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗期间焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，提高自我效能感，值得借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective: To compare the effects of traditional nursing and mindfulness decompression therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methoded: Ninety-four patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy from April 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study. The average admission order was divided into 2 groups. In the observation group, 47 patients underwent decompression of mindfulness. For the treatment, 47 patients in the control group received traditional care, comparing the SAS score, SDS score, self-efficacy score, and patient satisfaction. Resulted: The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The self-efficacy score and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05 (the difference was statistically significant). Conclusion: Mindfulness decompression therapy can significantly alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression during concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and improve self-efficacy. It is worth learning.
