陕西省商洛市中心医院1 陕西省铜川市人民医院*【摘 要】目的：研究痤疮清除术结合红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部痤疮效果和精神心理改善效果。方法：回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院面部痤疮患者100例，依据治疗方法分为痤疮清除术结合红蓝光治疗仪治疗组（结合治疗组，n=50）和痤疮清除术单独治疗组（单独治疗组，n=50）两组，统计分析两组患者的临床疗效、精神心理、复发情况。结果：在治疗的总有效率方面，结合治疗组为98.0%（49/50），单独治疗组为86.0%（43/50），前者显著高于后者（P<0.05）。结合治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的HAMA评分、HAMD评分降低幅度均显著高于单独治疗组（P<0.05）。在复发率方面，结合治疗组为2.0%（1/50），单独治疗组为28.0%（14/50），前者显著低于后者（P<0.05）。结论：痤疮清除术结合红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部痤疮效果较痤疮清除术单独治疗好，更能有效改善患者的精神心理，值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of facial acne removal combined with red and blue light therapeutic apparatus and the effect of mental and psychological improvement. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with acne in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into two groups: acne removal combined with red and blue light therapeutic instrument (combined with treatment group, n = 50) and acne removal alone (single treatment group, n = 50). The clinical efficacy, psychologic and recurrences of the two groups were analyzed. Results: In terms of total effective rate, the combined treatment group was 98.0% (49 / 50), the single treatment group was 86.0% (43 / 50), the former was significantly higher than the latter (P < 0.05). After treatment, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the single treatment group (P < 0.05). In terms of recurrence rate, the combined treatment group was 2.0% (1 / 50), the single treatment group was 28.0% (14 / 50), the former was significantly lower than the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment effect of facial acne removal combined with red and blue light therapy instrument is better than acne removal alone, which can more effectively improve the mental state of patients, so is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical.
