| 摘要 |
精神分裂症是一组常见的病因未明的严重精神疾病，可分为阳性症状、阴性症状、认知损伤症状。多起病于青壮年，常有知觉、思维、情感和行为等方面的障碍，一般无意识及智能障碍。目前精神分裂症的治疗手段以药物治疗为主，阿立哌唑作为有效治疗药物之一，因其与其他非典型抗精神病药物不完全相同的药理作用机制，使其在药物疗效，安全性有其相对优势，本文就阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的有效性、安全性及经济性研究进行了综述。

| Abstract |
Schizophrenia was a severe mental disorder with unknown etiology, which included positive symptoms, negative symptoms and cognitive impairment symptoms. It often occurred in children and adolescents, with sensory, thinking, emotional and behavioral problems, general unconscious and intellectual disorders. At present, the main treatment strategy of schizophrenia was pharmacotherapy. Aripiprazole was one of the effective antipsychotics. Because of its different pharmacological mechanism, aripiprazole had relative advantages over other antipsychotics in terms of efficacy and safety. We aimed to review the studies on the efficacy, safety and cost-effective of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.
