[摘要] 目的：探讨消化内镜检查过程中采用心理护理的价值。方法：纳入1360例消化内镜检查者研究（2020年3月~2020年9月），按双盲法分为对照组（n=680，采用常规护理）、观察组（n=680，采用心理护理），统计两组心理状态、检查成功率、不良反应率、护理效果。结果：（1）心理状态：观察组SDS（25.14±3.11）分、SAS（29.35±3.46）分评分低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（t1=45.024，P1<0.001；t2=14.151，P2<0.001）。（2）检查成功率：观察组（97.94%）高于对照组（95.29%），组间对比P<0.05。（3）不良反应率：观察组（6.47%）低于对照组（10.29%），组间对比P<0.05。（4）护理效果：观察组插镜（2.22±0.52）分、检查（2.61±0.52）分不适感评分低于对照组，护理满意度（94.25±3.61分）、依从性（93.34±4.25）分高于对照组，组间对比差异显著（t1=39.024，P1<0.001；t2=15.811，P2<0.001；t3=47.765，P3<0.001；t4=35.817，P4<0.001）。结论：心理护理在消化内镜检查中效果确切，可改善其心理状态及检查依从性，亦可提高检查成功率，值得借鉴及参考。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective: To explore the value of psychological nursing in the process of digestive endoscopy. Methods: 1360 cases of gastroendoscopy were included (March 2020 to September 2020), and were divided into control group (n=680, routine nursing), observation group (n=680, psychological nursing), and the psychological state, success rate, adverse reaction rate and nursing effect were counted. Results: (1) Psychological status: the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (T1: 45.024, P1 < 0.001; T2: 14.151, P2 < 0.001). (2) the success rate of examination in the observation group (97.94%) was higher than that in the control group (95.29%) (P < 0.05). (3) the rate of adverse reaction in the observation group (6.47%) was lower than that in the control group (10.29%) (P < 0.05). (4) Nursing effect: the scores of discomfort in the observation group (2.22 ±0.52) and examination (2.61 ±0.52) were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of nursing satisfaction (94.25 ±3.61) and compliance (93.34 ±4.25) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Psychological nursing has a definite effect in digestive endoscopy, can improve its psychological state and compliance, and improve the success rate of the examination, which is worth reference and reference.
