[摘要]目的：探讨食管癌手术患者采用心理护理的价值。方法：纳入125例食管癌手术患者研究（2018年1月~2021年2月），按双盲法分为对照组（n=62，采用常规护理）、观察组（n=63，采用心理护理），统计两组负性情绪评分、并发症率、护理效果、应对方式评分。结果：（1）负性情绪评分：观察组SDS（31.25±4.92）分、SAS（32.44±4.91）分评分低于对照组，组间对比P<0.05。（2）并发症率：观察组（4.76%）低于对照组（16.13%），组间对比P<0.05。（3）护理效果：观察组5项指标低于对照组，组间对比P<0.05。（4）应对方式评分：观察组面对（22.25±1.42）分高于对照组，回避（13.02±1.82）分、屈服（9.11±1.72）分低于对照组，组间对比P<0.05。结论：心理护理在食管癌手术患者护理中效果确切，可改善心理状态及疾病应对方式，亦可降低并发症率，缩短康复所需时间，值得借鉴及参考。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the value of psychological nursing in patients with esophageal cancer surgery. Methods: a total of 125 patients with esophageal cancer surgery (January 2018 to February 2021) were enrolled and divided into control group (n = 62, with routine nursing) and observation group (n = 63, with psychological nursing) according to double-blind method. The negative emotion score, complication rate, nursing effect and coping style score of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: (1) the scores of SDS (31.25 ± 4.92) and SAS (32.44 ± 4.91) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). (2) Complication rate: the observation group (4.76%) was lower than the control group (16.13%), P < 0.05. (3) Nursing effect: 5 indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). (4) Coping style score: the observation group face (22.25 ± 1.42) points higher than the control group, avoidance (13.02 ± 1.82) points, yield (9.11 ± 1.72) points lower than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer surgery is exact, which can improve the psychological state and disease coping style, reduce the complication rate and shorten the recovery time, which is worthy of reference.
