摘要	抑郁症是最常见的精神障碍之一，严重影响患者的身体健康和社会功能。近年来智能数字替身技术在抑郁症诊疗中的应用越来越受学界关注，其为临床实践提供了新方法，并取得了初步成果。因此，本文对智能数字替身应用于抑郁症的辅助诊断及心理治疗的相关研究进展进行综述，并讨论了技术应用存在的潜在问题与挑战，以期为后续研究提供借鉴。
Abstract	Depression is one of the most common mental disorders, which seriously affects the physical health and social function of patients. In recent years, the application of intelligent digital doubles technology in the diagnosis and treatment of depression has attracted more and more attention. It has provided a new method for clinical practice and achieved preliminary results. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research progress of the application of intelligent digital doubles in the diagnosis and psychotherapy of depression, and discusses the potential problems and challenges in the application of technology, in order to provide reference for follow-up research.
