摘要
通过生物电阻抗分析法观察首发重性抑郁障碍(FE-MDD)、复发重性抑郁障碍患者(RMDD)与健康对照(HC)身体成分差异,探讨重性抑郁障碍(MDD)患者身体成分的特点。方法 本研究收集240名诊断为MDD的门诊患者,根据是否首次发作以及用药情况,分为首发抑郁障碍(n=120)和复发抑郁障碍(n=120);同期选取健康志愿者为对照组(n=120)。收集一般资料以及采用身体成分分析仪进行身体成分测量。结果 HC的相位角显著高于FE-MDD及RMDD;RMDD的身体质量指数、体脂百分比、内脏脂肪面积及腰围显著高于FE-MDD及HC。三组间进行回归分析示相位角(OR= 0.428,95%Cl: 0.211~0.869)为抑郁障碍的保护因素,内脏脂肪面积(OR= 1.03,95%Cl: 1.009~1.052)为抑郁障碍的危险因素(p<0.05)。结论 FE-MDD及RMDD身体成分较HC均会出现一定程度的变化,且内脏脂肪面积及相位角可能是MDD的影响因素之一,因此在临床上应该对抑郁障碍患者早期进行身体成分监测,为早期干预提供重要依据。
Abstract
Objective Observe the body composition differences between patients with first-episode major depressive disorder (FE-MDD), recurrent major depressive disorder (RMDD) and healthy controls (HC) through bioelectrical impedance analysis, and explore the characteristics of body composition of patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) .Methods In this study, 240 outpatients diagnosed with MDD were collected and divided into first-onset depressive disorder (n=120) and recurrent depressive disorder (n=120) according to whether they had their first attack and their medication status; healthy volunteers were selected as the control group (n =120). Collect general information and use a body composition analyzer to measure body composition. Results The phase angle of HC is significantly higher than that of FE-MDD and RMDD; the body mass index, body fat percentage, visceral fat area and waist circumference of RMDD are significantly higher than that of FE-MDD and HC. Regression analysis among the three groups showed that the phase angle (OR= 0.428, 95% Cl: 0.211~0.869) was the protective factor for depression, and the visceral fat area (OR= 1.03, 95% Cl: 1.009~1.052) was the risk of depression Factors (p<0.05).Conclusion Compared with HC, the body composition of FE-MDD and RMDD will have a certain degree of change, and the visceral fat area and phase angle may be one of the influencing factors of MDD. Therefore, clinically, early body composition monitoring should be carried out for patients with depression. Intervention provides an important basis.
