【摘要】研究和分析VR厌恶疗法联合认知疗法对戒毒人员心理健康及预防复吸的干预效果。方法 选取北京高新医院自愿戒毒人员，共筛选122例作为本次研究对象，按照数字表达法分为对照组61例和观察组61例，前者采用常规教育手段进行干预，后者在此基础上加入VR厌恶疗法联合认知疗法进行干预，采用艾森克情绪稳定性量表对两组人员干预前后的情绪稳定性指标进行比较，采用SCL-90评分量表对两组人员干预前后心理健康程度进行比较，同时对比两组戒毒人员的复吸率。结果 干预前两组戒毒人员的情绪稳定性各项指标数据无差异（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组戒毒人员的情绪稳定性各项指标数据评分优于对照组，组间比有显著差异（P＜0.05）；干预前两组戒毒人员的SCL-90评分量数据无差异（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组戒毒人员的SCL-90评分量各项数据均优于对照组，组间比有显著差异（P＜0.05）。观察组复吸率低于对照组，组间有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 采用VR厌恶疗法联合认知疗法对其进行干预，可使戒毒人员的戒毒期间的情绪更加稳定，有助于心理健康，降低复吸率，值得借鉴与推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of VR aversion therapy combined with cognitive therapy on mental health and relapse prevention of drug addicts. Method According to the method of digital expression, 122 drug addicts in the compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center of Beijing Gaoxin Hospital were included, which was divided into 61 cases as a control group and 61 cases as an observation group. The former group was intervened by routine education means, the latter group was intervened by VR aversion therapy combined with cognitive therapy. Both groups were assessed by the Eysenck emotional stability scale and by the SCL-90 scale that used to measure the mental health before and after the intervention. The relapse rate was also recorded in both groups. Result Before the intervention, there was no difference between the two groups in the index of emotional stability (P > 0.05) and SCL-90 scores (P > 0.05); after the intervention, the observation group was significant better than the control group in the index of emotional stability (P < 0.05) and SCL-90 scores (P < 0.05). Futhermore, the relapse rate of the observation group was significant lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion VR aversion therapy combined with cognitive therapy can make the mood of drug addicts more stable during the treatment period, help to mental health, reduce relapse rate, which is worthy of reference and promotion.[Key words] drug addicts; mental health; VR aversion therapy; cognitive therapy; effect
