[摘要]目的：分析以家庭为中心的护理应用在小儿慢性胃炎中的效果及对抑郁、焦虑评分的影响。方法：将2018年1月—2019年2月接诊且提供常规护理的60例慢性胃炎患儿作为对照组，将同期接诊且在对照组基础上提供以家庭为中心的护理的60例慢性胃炎患儿作为观察组，对组间家长健康知识掌握情况、家长满意程度、患儿抑郁焦虑评分、患儿依从程度展开分析。结果：（1）观察组家长健康知识掌握情况、家长满意程度均优于对照组，P<0.05；（2）组间患儿抑郁焦虑评分在护理前无明显差异，P>0.05；护理后，观察组患儿抑郁评分（21.39±4.26）分、焦虑评分（30.57±2.01）分低于对照组（28.35±4.93）分、（38.65±2.63）分，P<0.05；（3）观察组3例不依从（5.00%），对照组11例不依从（18.33%），P<0.05。结论：在小儿慢性胃炎护理中采用以家庭为中心的护理，可以提高家长认知及满意程度，改善患儿依从性，减轻患儿抑郁、焦虑情绪，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of family centered nursing in children with chronic gastritis and its influence on depression and anxiety scores. Methods: from January 2018 to February 2019, 60 cases of children with chronic gastritis received and provided routine nursing care were selected as the control group, and 60 cases of children with chronic gastritis received and provided family centered nursing care on the basis of the control group were selected as the observation group. Results: (1) the health knowledge and satisfaction of parents in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05; After nursing, the depression score of the observation group was (21. 39 1 ± 26), anxiety score (30. 57 4 ± 01) was lower than that of the control group (28. 35 2 ± 93), (38. 65 4 ± 63), P < 0.05. (3) There were 3 cases of non-compliance in the observation group (5.00%) and 11 cases of non-compliance in the control group (18.33%), P<0.05. Conclusion: Family centered nursing in the nursing of children with chronic gastritis can improve parents cognition and satisfaction, improve childrens compliance, reduce childrens depression and anxiety, which is worthy of promotion.
