摘要
探究骨科护士长应用人性化管理的价值。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2020年2月到2022年2月,选自科室骨科住院部,共选取研究患者60人,根据实施人性化管理的时间段进行分组,分成观察组(实施后)、对照组(实施前),每组平均30名患者,比对2组护理质量和病人满意度。结果 观察组护理质量调查表单项评分均超过对照组,P<0.05;观察组非常满意+满意人数高于另一组,最终满意度也偏高,P<0.05。结论 骨科护理管理过程中应用人性化管理理念,可以使护理人员感受到来自护士长的人文关怀,提高科室工作质量和患者满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of humanistic management applied by head nurses in orthopaedics department. Methods the researchers selected 60 patients from the orthopaedic inpatient department of the Department from February 2020 to February 2022. They were divided into observation group (after implementation) and control group (before implementation) according to the time period of implementing humanized management. The average number of patients in each group was 30. The nursing quality and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results the scores of nursing quality questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The number of very satisfied + satisfied in the observation group was higher than that in the other group, and the final satisfaction was also higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of humanized management concept in orthopaedic nursing management can make the nursing staff feel the humanistic care from the head nurse, and improve the work quality of the Department and patient satisfaction.
