细节护理在老年髋部骨折患者围手术期中的作用

摘要	髋部骨折是老年人当中比较常见的临床疾病，在患者围手术期采用细节护理干预，并分析其应用效果。方法将2019年1月-2021年12月期间我院收治的100例老年髋部骨折患者进行随机分组，实验组、对照组各50例，对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受细节护理，分析不同护理方式的应用效果。结果本研究中实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组，且并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论细节护理能够降低老年髋部骨折患者的痛苦，缓解患者的临床症状，避免患者出现严重的负性情绪，加速患者的康复，改善患者的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective hip fracture is a common clinical disease among the elderly. The detailed nursing intervention was adopted in the perioperative period of patients, and its application effect was analyzed. Methods 100 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received detailed nursing. The application effects of different nursing methods were analyzed. Results in this study, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion detail nursing can reduce the pain of elderly patients with hip fracture, alleviate their clinical symptoms, avoid serious negative emotions, accelerate their rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.
