| 摘要 |
分析快速康复外科理念在口腔颌面部肿瘤患者护理中的效果。方法 随机将我院在2021.1月到2022.1月收治的60例口腔颌面部肿瘤手术患者分成两组，一组接受快速康复外科理念护理，一组接受常规护理，对两组分别护理干预后的口腔功能、并发症发生率展开对比。结果 经过了分别的护理干预后，实验组患者的口腔功能评分（吞咽功能、咀嚼功能、语言表达能力、张口度）均高于常规组患者的评分，P＜0.05；在术后并发症发生率对比上，实验组的总发生率也要低于常规组，P＜0.05，以上均存在统计学意义。结论 口腔颌面部肿瘤患者围术期间应用快速康复外科理念，不仅会加快患者术后口腔功能的恢复，也会降低术后各种并发症的发生概率，值得运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods 60 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. One group received rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing, and the other group received routine nursing. The oral function and complication rate of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared. Results after nursing intervention, the scores of oral function (swallowing function, chewing function, language expression ability and mouth opening degree) in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of postoperative complications, the total incidence of the experimental group was also lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors during perioperative period will not only accelerate the recovery of patients oral function, but also reduce the probability of postoperative complications, which is worth using.
