Objective: To explore the effect of combining hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in patients with uremic pruritus. Methods: 66 uremic pruritus patients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were studied and grouped by random numbers. In the control group (33 cases) and the observation group (33 cases), the renal function index, calcium and phosphorus metabolism index and skin pruritus degree were analyzed. Results: The treated BUN, Scr, and PTH levels in the observation group were (8.87 ± 1.12) mmol/L, (149.86 ± 15.24) μmol/L, and (120.24 ± 11.96) ng/mL, respectively, All these were lower than the (15.42 ± 2.19) mmol/L, (263.54 ± 21.02) μmol/L, and (179.35 ± 15.24) ng/mL of the control group; post-treatment, The serum phosphorus levels and skin pruritus scores of the observed group were (1.45 ± 0.21) mmol/L and (3.14 ± 0.31) scores, respectively, Compared with the (2.27 ± 0.33) mmol/L and (5.26 ± 0.65) scores of the control group, Serum calcium level was (2.69 ± 0.47) mmol/L, The mmol/L was higher than that of the control group (1.95 ± 0.38); All cases were P <0.05. Conclusion: It can improve their skin itching symptoms, promote their renal function recovery, and regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism.
