摘要	企业为了实现快速发展的目的，就需要并购，但是在进行并购时又面临着许多问题。本文主要是对如何防范上市公司收购风险做出了一些探讨。
Abstract	In order to achieve the purpose of rapid development, enterprises need to make mergers and acquisitions, but they face many problems when making mergers and acquisitions.This paper mainly makes some discussions on how to prevent the acquisition risk of listed companies.
