当归活血合剂治疗急性痛风的效果观察

摘要	观察当归活血合剂治疗急性痛风的效果。方法选取2021年1月～2022年6月我院急性痛风发作患者120例，按就诊顺序编号，随机分为对照组（n=60例）和实验组（n=60例），其中，对照组给予依托考昔抗炎治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上给予当归活血合剂治疗，对比分析两组的关节局部症状积分和炎性指标。结果关节局部症状积分方面，治疗7天后，关节疼痛和关节肿胀的得分均低于治疗前，且实验组低于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗2周后4个维度的得分均低于治疗前，且实验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗7天后，两组hsCRP和ESR水平均低于治疗前，且实验组低于对照组P＜0.05），治疗2周后5个炎性指标的水平均较治疗前低，且实验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论当归活血合剂治疗急性痛风，可以改善患者的关节局部症状，降低炎性指标的水平。
Abstract	Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of knee joint sports injury. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with knee sports injuries admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Physiotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Shanghai Armed Police Corps Hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 was conducted, and they were randomly divided into an observation group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases. The observation group was given hot ironing treatment with homemade traditional Chinese medicine pack + Baduanjin, and the control group was given external application of Voltaren latex, with 4 weeks as a course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after two courses of treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate (98.00%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the knee joint function and the range of motion of the two groups were improved, and the observation group was better than the control group. , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the VAS score of the knee joint in the treatment group was lower during the same period of treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with Baduanjin can treat knee sports injury, can significantly improve clinical symptoms, relieve knee pain and improve knee function.
