痹通油外涂配合补阳还五汤内服治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

| 摘要 |
讨论痹通油外涂配合补阳还五汤内服治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。方法 选取我院中医门诊及住院病房2019年1月至2022年4月接收200例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象。随机数字表法将其分为治疗组（100例）和对照组（100例）。对照组常规西医治疗，治疗组痹通油外涂配合补阳还五汤内服治疗。比较治疗后的临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率优于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论 痹通油外涂配合补阳还五汤内服治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the curative effect of external application of Bitong oil and oral administration of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy received from January 2019 to April 2022 in the TCM outpatient department and inpatient ward of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with external application of Bitong oil and oral administration of Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The clinical efficacy after treatment was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The external application of Bitong oil combined with the oral administration of Buyang Huanwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, which is worthy of promotion.
