中医康复护理对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响

摘要	分析脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者中中医康复护理的效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年6月80例脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者，随机分组，常规护理干预的作为对照组，中医康复护理的作为观察组，对比分析两组患者的护理干预效果。结果干预后，观察组Fugl-Meyer评分与Barthel指数高于对照组，NIHSS评分低于对照组。观察指标差异显著，P<0.05。结论中医康复护理有确切效果，同时还能有效改善神经缺损功能，提高生活质量，临床应用价值显著。
Abstract	Objective Analyze the effect of Chinese medicine rehabilitation care for patients with stroke recovery. Methods 80 patients with a stroke recovery period from July 2019 to June 2021, random grouping, conventional nursing intervention as a control group, and Chinese medicine rehabilitation care as an observation group to compare and analyze the nursing intervention effect of two groups of patients. Results After the intervention, the observation group FUGL-MEYER score and the Barthel index were higher than the control group, and the NiHSS score was lower than the control group. Observation indicators have significant differences, P <0.05. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation care has exact effect, and at the same time, it can effectively improve the function of nerve defects, improve the quality of life, and significant clinical application value.
