国饮视域下的工夫茶文化——基于潮人工夫茶文化的研究与思考

摘要
工夫茶是清饮茶方法中最适于品茶的一种方法,它是后国饮茶文化的重要载体和重要组成部分,承载着当代及未来国饮茶文化向更深、更广、更好发展的使命。在国饮茶文化视域下,工夫茶文化基本可定性为起步和普及的时间最晚,但其生命力体现和受欢迎的势头却最为强劲,已经初步呈现出能够导引未来社会茶饮方式的主流态势。本文试以通过探求工夫茶与国饮茶事的文化关系,进而拓展到工夫茶对现代及未来茶事发展的影响,以及其应有的意义与魅力展现。
Abstract
Gongfu tea is the most suitable method for drinking tea in the Qing Dynasty. It is an important carrier and an important part of tea drinking culture in later countries. It bears the mission of deeper, wider and better development of tea drinking culture in contemporary and future countries. From the perspective of national tea culture, Gongfu tea culture can basically be defined as the latest time to start and popularize, but its vitality and popularity are the strongest, which has initially shown the mainstream situation that can guide the future social tea drinking style. This paper tries to explore the cultural relationship between Gongfu tea and national drink, and then expand to the influence of Gongfu tea on the development of modern and future tea, as well as its due significance and charm.
