摘要	探究闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年3月-2022年3月收治的150例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行回顾性分析，对患者进行闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗，观察患者的治疗效果以及术后的并发症发生情况。结果在接受治疗后，患者生活质量明显优于治疗前，手术并发症存在下肢静脉血栓、肺炎、心脑血管意外及低蛋白血症、营养不良情况导致的患肢肿胀等情况。结论闭合复位PFNA内固定手术操作简单快捷，手术创伤小，能够有效的促进骨折的愈合率，提高老年人的生活质量，减少并发症的出现。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. Methods 150 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated with closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation, and the treatment effect and postoperative complications were observed. Results after receiving treatment, the quality of life of the patients was significantly better than that before treatment. The surgical complications included lower extremity venous thrombosis, pneumonia, cardiovas- cular and cerebrovascular accidents, hypoproteinemia, and swelling of the affected limbs caused by malnutrition. Conclusion closed reduction PFNA internal fixation is simple, fast and minimally invasive, which can effectively promote the healing rate of fractures, improve the quality of life of the elderly and reduce complications.
