摘要
目的:通过分析规培护士压力源以及调查职业倦怠情况,为采取具体对策提供依据,旨在提 高规培护士的工作兴趣,减少人才流失。方法:将 2020 年 7 月-2021 年 7 月在本院进行工作的 51 名规培护 士视为研究对象,收集所有规培护士的基本资料,分别用护士工作压力源量表和护士职业倦怠量表调查压 力源与职业倦怠情况,对各数据进行统计。结果:规培护士的压力源中工作量和时间分配方面评分最高; 规培护士职业倦怠中情绪疲惫感和工作无成就感评分高于工作冷漠感评分;在工作压力源总评分中,不同 学历层次之间的差异明显(P<0.05),在职业倦怠总评分中,不同工作年限、婚姻、职称之间的差异明显 (P<0.05)。结论:规培护士压力源以护理专业和工作方面、工作量和时间分配方面为主,职业倦怠以情感 疲惫为主,且体现出一定人口学特征。
Abstract
Objective: by analyzing the rules from the nurse stressors and job burnout situation investigation, provide the basis for taking specific countermeasures, aimed at improving gauge, the nurse work in reducing the brain drain. Methods: A total of 51 trained nurses working in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects. The basic data of all trained nurses were collected, and the stress sources and job burnout were investigated with the nurse Job Stress Source scale and the nurse job burnout Scale respectively, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: Among the stressors of routine training nurses, the scores of workload and time allocation were the highest; The score of emotional fatigue in job burnout and no sense of job achievement of routine training nurses was higher than that of job indifference ; In the total score of job stressors, there were significant differences among different educational levels (P < 0.05). In the total score of job burnout, there were significant differences among different working years, marriage and professional titles (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The stressors of regular training nurses are mainly nursing specialty and work, workload and time distribution, and the job burnout is mainly emotional fatigue, which reflects certain demographic characteristics.
