循证护理应用于俯卧位脊柱手术患者护理中的价值

摘要	探讨循证护理应用于俯卧位脊柱手术患者护理中的价值。方法选择2019年7月-9月，观察组俯卧位脊柱手术病例50例，10到11月对照组俯卧位脊柱手术病例50组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施循证护理。比较两组护理前后SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分、护理满意度、压力性损伤发生率。结果观察组焦虑情绪评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，压力性损伤发生率低于对照组，存在显著差异，P＜0.05。结论俯卧位脊柱手术患者实施循证护理效果确切，可减少压力性损伤发生率，提高患者的满意度，减轻患者的心理压力。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of evidence-based nursing in patients with prone position spinal surgery. Methods from July to September in 2019, 50 cases of prone position spinal surgery in the observation group and 50 cases of prone position spinal surgery in the control group from October to November were selected. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. Anxiety score, nursing satisfaction and incidence of stress injury were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of stress injury was lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of evidence-based nursing for patients with prone position spinal surgery is exact, which can reduce the incidence of stress injury, improve the satisfaction of patients, and reduce the psychological pressure of patients.
