Objective To analyze the clinical effect of personalized nursing in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus. Methods: In March 2020 - March 2021, our hospital for treatment of sudden deafness with tinnitus patients from 44 cases as the research object, to all of the patients involved in the study carried out in accordance with the draw method of group comparison, respectively, in the control group (usual care) and experimental group (personal care), each group contains 22 cases patients, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results: The score of self-care ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a difference between groups (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the data were different (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P > 0.05), the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Personalized nursing can greatly improve the self-care ability of patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus, and can effectively reduce the incidence of various adverse events, the clinical effect is significant, this method is worth promoting in the clinic.
