摘要	讨论早期康复护理对全髋关节置换术患者髋关节活动度的影响。方法选择我院2019年3月到2020年3月所收治的98例全髋关节置换手术的患者，并利用平均分配的方式分为观察组（49例）和对照组（49例）。为对照组的患者进行常规的护理方式，观察组在对照组的基础上执行早期的康复护理模式，观察两组患者在手术之后的的并发症和髋关节功能的恢复情况；结果观察组在手术前后髋关节的Harris评分情况好于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组在手术之后的并发症情况上也好于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护患关系好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论为患者进行早期的康复护理可以有效减少髋关节置换手术的患者在手术之后的相关并发症，并大幅度改善患者的髋关节功能。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the range of motion of hip joint in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Methods: 98 patients with total hip arthroplasty from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases). The patients in the control group received routine nursing. The observation group implemented the early rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the control group, and observed the complications and the recovery of hip function after operation in the two groups; Results: the Harris score of hip joint in the observation group before and after operation was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05)；The nurse-patient relationship in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: early rehabilitation nursing for patients can effectively reduce the related complications after hip arthroplasty and greatly improve the hip function of patients.
