探究全面护理管理干预对手术室患者院感发生的预防

摘要	探究全面护理管理干预对手术室患者院感发生的预防。方法选择2020年3月~2021年3月一年间在我院手术室接受治疗的患者144例进行本次研究，以数字随机表法为依据分为两组，对照组（72例，采取常规护理方式进行护理），观察组（72例，接受全面护理管理干预），护理结束后，分析对比两组的护理干预价值。结果观察组院感发生率、手菌落数、术后空气的菌落数均较对照组低，从满意度方面对比得知，观察组护理满意度优于对照组。对比均有统计学意义P<0.05）。结论将全面护理管理给予手术室患者，疗效显著，院感发生率可显著降低，手术效果得到保证，患者痊愈速度加快。
Abstract	Objective to explore the prevention of hospital sense of patients in operating room by comprehensive nursing management intervention. Methods a total of 144 patients who received treatment in the operating room of our hospital from March to 2021 in 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of numerical random table, observation Group (72 cases, receiving comprehensive nursing management intervention) , after the end of nursing, analysis and comparison of the two groups of nursing intervention value. Results compared with the Control Group, the observation group had lower incidence of hospital sense, lower number of hand colony and lower number of postoperative air colony. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management to the patients in the Operating Room, the curative effect is significant, the hospital sense rate can be significantly reduced, the surgical effect is guaranteed, the patients’recovery speed is accelerated.
