Objective To explore the clinical methods and effects of auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with emotional nursing intervention in breast cancer. Methods A total of 82 patients receiving palliative care in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and analyzed. Eighty-two patients were divided into two groups based on different nursing regimens. The routine group received routine nursing during palliative treatment, and the experimental group received ear acupoint seed pressing and emotional nursing service mode. Complications, mood and quality of life were compared. Results The complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, P < 0.05. After intervention, the mood index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05. The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the conventional group at 2 weeks of intervention, and the length of hospital stay was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with emotional nursing intervention has significant nursing effect on breast cancer, can effectively relieve anxiety and depression emotional problems of patients, can effectively reduce the risk of complications, and has obvious promoting effect on patients prognosis and quality of life, which is worth promoting.
