| 摘要 |
分析对于牙体牙髓病患者开展综合护理干预对患者疼痛感受和护理满意程度的影响。方法 将我院2020年1月到2021年8月间诊治的70例牙体牙髓病患者纳入研究，以随机掷骰子法作为依据，将患者分成参比组（35例）和观察组（35例），接受常规护理的为参比组，接受综合护理干预的为观察组，比较组间患者疼痛感受及护理满意程度。结果 经统计检验可知，观察组干预后疼痛评分明显低于参比组，而观察组的护理满意度明显高于参比组，两组比较P＜0.05，有统计学分析意义。结论 综合护理干预能多方面、多角度的为牙体牙髓病患者提供护理，减轻患者的疼痛感受，提高其对护理服务的满意程度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients pain feeling and nursing satisfaction. Methods from January 2020 to August 2021 between the diagnosis and treatment of 70 cases of tooth pulp patients into the study, by the method of random dice as the basis, the patients were divided into reference group (35 cases) and observation group (35 cases), for reference in the usual care group, to observe in the comprehensive nursing intervention group, the comparison between group patients experience pain and nursing satisfaction. Results The statistical test showed that the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group after intervention, while the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can provide nursing for patients with endodontic diseases in many aspects and angles, relieve patients pain feeling and improve their satisfaction degree of nursing service.
