摘要	儿保健护理对于儿童成长发育的干预效果。方法筛选2020年3月至2020年9月期间接受保健护理干预的70名儿童参与本课题研究，根据病例数量平均分配为研究组及参照组。参照组儿童采用常规保健护理模式进行干预，研究组儿童则应用针对性保健护理方案。对两组干预效果进行比较。结果研究组儿童语言表达能力、精细运动能力、社交能力以及大运动能力均低于常规组儿童评分，发生营养性疾病概率较常规组儿童低，组间对比（P＜0.05）。结论儿童成长发育过程中采用保健护理进行干预，明显徐进儿童健康成长，同时降低营养性疾病发病几率，具有显著的干预效果。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the intervention effect of child health care on childrens growth and development. Methods 70 children who received health care intervention from March 2020 to September 2020 were selected to participate in this study, and were equally divided into study group and reference group according to the number of cases. Children in the control group received routine health care intervention, while those in the study group received targeted health care. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of language expression ability, fine motor ability, social ability and gross motor ability of children in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the probability of nutritional diseases was lower than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The intervention of health care during the growth and development of children can significantly improve the healthy growth of children and reduce the incidence of nutritional diseases, which has significant intervention effect.
