摘要	探讨早期心脏康复在急性心肌梗死PCI术后护理中的应用效果。方法以2019年3月至2020年3月间我院收入的110例行PCI术急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为研究组55例与参照组55例，参照组患者采用常规护理干预，研究组采用早期心脏康复干预，对比两组的临床干预效果。结果经过对比分析，研究组患者的术后并发症、焦虑度均明显优于参照组，且差异均符合统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对急性心肌梗死PCI 术后患者采取早期心脏康复干预的效果显著，可促进患者恢复，降低患者的术后并发症与焦虑度，值得在临床上大力推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of early cardiac rehabilitation in post PCI nursing of acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 110 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into 55 cases in the study group and 55 cases in the reference group. The patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing intervention and the patients in the study group were treated with early cardiac rehabilitation intervention. The clinical intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after comparative analysis, the postoperative complications and anxiety of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: early cardiac rehabilitation intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI has a significant effect, which can promote the recovery of patients and reduce postoperative complications and anxiety. It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
