语言沟通技巧在儿童心理护理中的运用分析

摘要	研究分析儿童心理护理中语言沟通技巧的应用效果。方法以2020年4月初至2021年3月末本院儿科就诊患儿160例为样本，平均分配为两组，对照组采取常规心理护理，实验组在此基础上采用语言沟通技巧进行护理，效果比较。结果组别间护理工作开展后，实验组患儿心理状态改善明显，诊疗依从性较为良好，均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论儿科就诊患儿在行诊疗期间，采用语言沟通技巧开展心理护理，能够有效引导其诊疗依从性，改善其负性情绪，护理干预效果良好。
Abstract	Objective To study and analyze the application effect of language communication skills in childrens psychological nursing. Methods: 160 pediatric patients in our hospital from the beginning of April 2020 to the end of March 2021 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine psychological nursing, and the experimental group received language communication skills on this basis. The effects were compared. Results: after the inter group nursing work was carried out, the psychological state of children in the experimental group improved significantly and the compliance of diagnosis and treatment was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: using language communication skills to carry out psychological nursing during the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients can effectively guide their diagnosis and treatment compliance, improve their negative emotions, and the effect of nursing intervention is good.
