心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的影响探讨

摘要	分析在对精神分裂症患者进行治疗的过程中将心理护理干预进行运用的作用。方法研究在本院2020年2月至2021年6月所接诊的患者中抽选80例为研究对象，结合组内盲选的方式，取其中的40例患者，在治疗的过程中展开常规性护理，即对照组，剩下患者在对其进行护理的过程中则需要将心理护理干预进行运用，即观察组。分析护理干预效果。结果结合对两组患者心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度以及精神分裂症状评分对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论在对精神分裂症患者进行护理的过程中将心理护理干预进行运用可以对患者的抑郁症状进行有效改善，帮助患者恢复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the role of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of schizophrenia in the team. Methods 80 patients in our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object. Combined with the method of blind selection in the group, 40 patients were selected to carry out routine nursing in the process of treatment, that is, the control group. The remaining patients need to use psychological nursing intervention in the process of nursing, that is, the observation group. Analyze the effect of nursing intervention. Results Combined with the comparison of psychological state, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and schizophrenia symptom scores of the two groups of patients, P＜0.05. Conclusion the application of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of schizophrenic patients can effectively improve the depressive symptoms and help the patients recover.
