冠心病并心绞痛患者采用整体护理干预的价值

摘要	分析整体护理干预在冠心病并心绞痛疾病中的护理价值。方法选择本社区服务中心于2019.1-2020.1月的74例冠心病并心绞痛患者，按照随机数表法的方式将所有患者平均分为观察组（37例，实施整体护理干预），对照组（37例，实施常规护理干预），对比两组患者护理前后的血压以及心脏跳动次数。结果护理前，两组患者的血压以及心脏跳动次数没有显著差异，均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，观察组患者的血压以及心脏跳动次数均要分别低于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察患者护理满意度明显高于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理在冠心病并心绞痛疾病中有较高的护理价值，能够有效降低患者的血压以及心脏跳动次数，有利于患者疾病的恢复，值得大力推广。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the nursing value of holistic nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods: 74 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our community service center from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (37 cases) and control group (37 cases, routine nursing intervention) according to the random number table method. The blood pressure and heart beat times of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart beat times between the two groups (P > 0.05); after nursing, the blood pressure and heart beat times of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observed patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: holistic nursing in coronary heart disease and angina pectoris disease has higher nursing value, can effectively reduce the patients blood pressure and heart beat times, is conducive to the recovery of patients with disease, is worth promoting.
