康复护理在小儿重症病毒性脑炎护理中的应用效果评价

摘要	探讨康复护理在小儿重症病毒性脑炎护理中的应用效果。方法研究选取我院2021年5月-2022年5月收治的100例重症病毒性脑炎的患儿，随机数字表法将其均分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例。结果经过对比护理措施后发现，观察患儿的治疗效果显著优于对照组，观察组的患儿生活质量高于对照组，患儿家属的护理满意度也明显高于对照组。结论将康复护理应用于小儿重症病毒性脑炎的护理中，能够有效提高重症病毒性脑炎患儿的临床治疗效果，同时提高患儿的生活质量，提高患儿家属的护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of children with severe viral encephalitis. Methods The study selected 100 children with severe viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022, and divided them into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Results After comparing the nursing measures, it was found that the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of children with severe viral encephalitis can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of children with severe viral encephalitis, improve the quality of life of children, and improve the nursing satisfaction of childrens family members.
