| 摘要 |
探讨急诊绿色通道护理流程优化对提高急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗效果的影响。方法 将我院2021年1月-2021年12月80例急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗患者，数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，流程优化组实施急诊绿色通道护理流程优化。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺陷评分、急性生理与慢性健康评分、护理满意程度、住院救治时间以及总医疗费用、入院到静脉溶栓治疗时间。结果 流程优化组神经功能缺陷评分、急性生理与慢性健康评分低于对照组，护理满意程度高于对照组，存在显著差异，P＜0.05。流程优化组住院救治时间以及总医疗费用均低于对照组，P＜0.05，流程优化组入院到静脉溶栓治疗时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗患者实施急诊绿色通道护理流程优化效果确切，可有效缩短住院时间和救治的时间，减轻患者的神经功能缺陷，并改善患者的预后和提高患者对护理的满意度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of emergency green channel nursing process optimization on improving the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke. Methods 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with intravenous thrombolysis from January 2021 to December 2021 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The control group was given routine care, and the process optimization group was given emergency green channel nursing process optimization. The neurological deficit scores, acute physiology and chronic health scores, nursing satisfaction, hospitalization time, total medical expenses, and time from admission to intravenous thrombolysis were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The neurological deficit scores, acute physiology and chronic health scores of the process optimization group were lower than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences, P<0.05. The hospitalization time and total medical expenses in the process optimization group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The time from admission to intravenous thrombolysis in the process optimization group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The optimization effect of emergency green channel nursing process for acute ischemic stroke patients treated with intravenous thrombolysis is accurate, which can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and treatment time, reduce the neurological deficit of patients, and improve the prognosis of patients and the improvement of patients awareness of nursing. Satisfaction, worth promoting.
