摘要	总结中医护理服务模式应用在乳腺癌患者中对于情绪状况和不良反应方面的影响。方法入选2020年4月到2022年2月我院采取手术与化疗治疗的乳腺癌患者80例。80例患者根据护理方案划分为两组。常规组应用传统护理，实验组采取中医护理措施。对比患者的情绪状况、化疗不良反应和生活质量。结果实验组在化疗后情绪指标均显著低于常规组，P＜0.05。实验组的不良反应的发生例数明显低于常规组，P＜0.05。实验组生活质量评定结果明显优于常规组，P＜0.05。结论中医护理可以有效应用于乳腺癌患者，对于化疗期间的情绪问题以及不良反应均有着一定的防控作用，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To summarize the influence of the application of TCM nursing service mode on emotional status and adverse reactions of breast cancer patients. Methods: 80 breast cancer patients who received surgery and chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2020 to February 2022 were enrolled. Eighty patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing plan. The conventional group used traditional nursing, the experimental group took traditional Chinese nursing measures. Patients emotional status, adverse reactions to chemotherapy and quality of life were compared. Results: After chemotherapy, the mood indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, P < 0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, P < 0.05. The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: TCM nursing can be effectively applied to breast cancer patients, and has certain prevention and control effects on emotional problems and adverse reactions during chemotherapy, which is worth promoting.
