社区护理管理式健康教育对高血压的防治效果

摘要	分析社区护理管理式健康教育对高血压的防治效果。方法采用随机数字法将2020年1月-2021年12月我社区内200例高血压患者均分为对照组个实验组，对照组采用常规社区护理管理干预，实验组采用社区护理管理式健康教育干预，对比应用效果。结果实验组用药依从性高于对照组，血压水平以及生活质量改善优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对社区内高血压患者采用更加系统的社区护理管理式健康教育，患者以更加稳定且积极的心态接受治疗，对高血压相关知识有更加深入且正确的了解，提高血压的稳定程度，避免病情反复，改善整体生活质量。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of community nursing management health education on the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods 200 patients with hypertension in our community from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine community nursing management intervention, and the experimental group was treated with community nursing management health education intervention. The application effects were compared. Results the medication compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the improvement of blood pressure level and quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion more systematic community nursing management health education is adopted for patients with hypertension in the community. Patients receive treatment with a more stable and positive attitude, have a deeper and correct understanding of hypertension related knowledge, improve the stability of blood pressure, avoid relapse and improve the overall quality of life.
