Objective To investigate the nursing effect of percutaneous radial artery puncture in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by percutaneous radial artery puncture in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine care, while the experimental group was given comprehensive care. The scores of anxiety self-rating scale, depression self-rating scale score, nursing satisfaction, treatment compliance score, bleeding, hypotension, arrhythmia and other complication rates before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the treatment compliance score was higher than that of the control group, and the rate of complications such as bleeding, hypotension and arrhythmia was lower. In the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Percutaneous radial artery puncture and interventional therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction has a definite effect of comprehensive nursing, which can reduce patients anxiety and depression, improve their level of treatment compliance, reduce the occurrence of related complications, and improve patients satisfaction.
