中西医结合护理对老年脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

摘要	探究脑梗死老年患者经中西医联合护理后其生活质量的变化。方法回顾本院2021年7月至2022年4月收治的脑梗死老年患者共计60例展开生活质量调查，分别给予其中30例常规护理，另外30例中西医结合护理，视为对照组与观察组，统计Barthel指数下患者自理能力（日常生活能力）分级；统计脑梗死SF-36健康调查表下，两组患者在初入院、住院期间、出院前期的生活质量估分；统计患者在护理后的满意问卷调查评分。结果观察组经Barthel指数统计分析，患者日常生活以及自理能力强；SF-36健康调查表下，观察组患者初入院、住院期间、出院前期的生活质量估分偏高；满意问卷评分偏高，（P<0.05）。结论脑梗死老年患者因疾病严重影响了生活，西医护理理念以及中医护理形式相互融合，可改善患者免疫低下、意识乃至功能问题，有利于患者生活质量的提升。
Abstract	Objective To explore the changes of the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction after combined nursing of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to April 2022 were investigated for quality of life. 30 of them were treated with conventional nursing, and the other 30 were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, which were regarded as the control group and the observation group. The patients self-care ability (daily living ability) was graded under Barthel index. According to the SF-36 health questionnaire for cerebral infarction, the quality of life scores of patients in the two groups at the beginning of admission, during hospitalization, and before discharge were estimated. The score of patient satisfaction questionnaire after nursing was counted. Results According to Barthel index statistical analysis, patients in the observation group had strong daily life and self-care ability. Under the SF-36 health questionnaire, the quality of life of patients in the observation group was estimated to be higher during initial admission, hospitalization, and pre-discharge. The score of satisfaction questionnaire was high (P<0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebral infarction are seriously affected by the disease. The mutual integration of western medicine nursing concept and Chinese medicine nursing form can improve patients immune deficiency, consciousness and even functional problems, which is conducive to the improvement of patients quality of life.
