肾病内科住院患者存在的护理安全隐患及防范措施分析

摘要	分析肾病内科住院患者存在的护理安全隐患及防范措施。方法选择2019.01月-2021.01月到本院肾病内科住院患者共70例作为观察对象，随机分为实验组（分析护理安全隐患，提出防范措施）和对照组（常规护理），比对护理质量。结果实验组患者各项护理质量评分与对照组相比，P＜0.05；实验组医护人员安全意识评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论临床中，对肾病内科住院患者实施护理的时候，需要积极分析护理安全隐患，提出防范措施从而提升护理效果，保障患者生命安全。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the hidden danger of nursing safety and preventive measures of inpatients in nephrology department. Methods from January 2019 to January 2021, a total of 70 hospitalized patients in nephrology department of our hospital were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into the experimental group (analysis of nursing safety risks, put forward preventive measures) and the control group (routine nursing), and the nurs- ing quality was compared. Results compared with the control group, the scores of nursing quality in the experimental group were p < 0.05；The safety awareness score of medical staff in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with P <0.05. Conclusion in clinical practice, when carrying out nursing care for inpatients in nephrology department, we need to actively analyze the hidden danger of nursing safety and put forward preventive measures, so as to improve the nursing effect and ensure the life safety of patients.
