Objective To study the effect of early interventional care in patients with dry eye. Methods 65 dry eye patients treated from January 2018 to June 2019 were set as the control group (group B), and 85 patients treated from July 2019 to August 2020 were included in the management of dry eye members Patients with dry eye were set as the observation group (group A). Early intervention measures were adopted by the full-time nurses of the dry eye specialist clinic for patients in group A; only conventional treatment measures were implemented for patients in group B. Compare the attrition rate, nursing satisfaction, and treatment effect satisfaction of patients in groups A and B. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the attrition rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients A and B (P﹤0.05); there was no statistical significance in the comparison of satisfaction with the treatment effect (P>0.05). The clinical symptom scores of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Early intervention in the treatment of dry eye patients plays an important role in improving the therapeutic effect of dry eye.
