Rheumatoid arthritis is characterized by inflammation of the small joints of the hands and feet, polyarticular symmetry, and invasive effects. The inflammation is accompanied by organ involvement, positive serum rheumatoid factor, deformity, dysfunction or loss. It is a chronic autoimmune disease. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis are induced by heredity, infection, cold, etc., and the severity of the symptoms varies. Individualized care is required, and individual nursing guidance is implemented according to the patients condition to reduce inflammatory stimulation, eliminate dysfunction, and promote joint activities. Based on personalized care to reduce pain and swelling caused by inflammation, individual assessment and nursing assistance are given to patients.
