摘要
研究微信对结核门诊管理的护理干预方法与效果。方法 在我院结核门诊2020年8月至2021年1月间接收的结核病患者中选择77例分为两组,对照组40例应用常规护理,观察组37例在其基础上应用微信平台开展护理工作。比较两组患者的QLl-TB结核病患者生活质量量表评分、用药依从性以及ESCA自我护理能力评分的情况。结果 观察组的肺结核相关知识评分、肺结核相关信念评分、肺结核相关行为评分、ESCA自我护理能力评分、护理总满意度以及治疗依从性均明显高于对照组,且上述组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结核门诊部门开展护理工作时合理应用微信平台,可有效提高健康管理质量,增强患者自护能力,提高其满意度,值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To study the nursing intervention method and effect of wechat on tuberculosis outpatient management. Methods from January 2019 to January 2020, 77 cases of tuberculosis patients in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and 37 cases in the observation group were treated with wechat platform. The QLL TB quality of life scale score, medication compliance and ESCA self-care ability score were compared between the two groups. Results The score of TB knowledge, TB belief, TB behavior, ESCA self-nursing ability, total nursing satisfaction and treatment compliancein the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the comparison between the above groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rational application of WeChat platform in tuberculosis outpatient department nursing work can effectively improve the quality of health management, enhance patients self-care ability, improve their satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
