摘要	为达到提高老年患者护理质量目的，在本文中着重探究了沟通技术的实际应用效果。方法将126例老年患者列入实验，根据护理方式的区别利用摇号方式分为对照与观察两组，前者沿用常规护理，后者在此基础上采取沟通技术，对比两组患者满意度。结果通过所记录的数据来看，观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对于老年患者而言，在护理过程中应用沟通技术不仅可以有效地拉近护患距离，更能够最大程度地提高患者满意度。
Abstract	Objective In order to achieve the purpose of improving the nursing quality of elderly patients, this paper focuses on exploring the practical application effect of communication technology. Methods A total of 126 elderly patients were included in the experiment. According to the difference in nursing methods, they were divided into control and observation groups by lottery method. The former continued to use routine nursing, while the latter adopted communication techniques on this basis to compare the satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results According to the recorded data, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients, the application of communication technology in the nursing process can not only effectively shorten the distance between nurses and patients, but also maximize patient satisfaction.
