Objective to study and analyze the effect and value of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods from June 2019 to June 2020, 152 patients receiving mechanical ventilation treatment in ICU were divided into two groups according to double-blind method, 76 of them received routine nursing intervention as control group, 76 patients as the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing inter- vention on the basis of the control group, compared with two groups of patients ICU stay in hospital, Life self-care ability, one-time off-line success rate and nursing satisfaction. Results under the different nursing intervention, the length of stay in ICU of the patients in the experimental group was significantly shortened, the success rate of one-time off-line was significantly increased, the patients self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were significantly improved, respiratory rate, heart rate, PaCO2 levels were lower, PaO2 levels were higher, the Correlation Index Contrast Control Group has the Statistical Significance (P≪ 0.05). Conclusion Early Rehabilitation Nursing intervention for severe patients receiving mechanical ventilation treatment in ICU can effectively improve the quality of ventilation and pulmonary function index, and at the same time, patients self-care ability can be effectively exercised, the length of stay in ICU is shortened obviously, which is helpful to the success of off-line and improve the prognosis of patients.
