摘要	分析在对乳腺癌患者进行术后护理的过程中将综合护理干预进行运用对于提升患者锻炼依从性的作用。方法结合对比护理评估的方式展开分析，选入在2021年2月至2022年4月所收治乳腺癌患者中的50例为对象，随机进行1至50编号，任意选取其中的25例，在对其进行护理的过程中展开常规护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者实施护理的过程中则将综合护理干预展开运用，作为观察组。分析干预效果。结果结合对两组锻炼依从性以及护理满意度、生活质量对比，观察组均存在优势，观察组患者通过护理后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组P<0.05。结论在对乳腺癌患者进行术后护理的过程中将综合护理干预进行运用，可以促使患者术后锻炼依从性得到提升，有助于患者恢复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of postoperative nursing for breast cancer patients on improving their compliance with exercise. Methods combined with comparative nursing evaluation, 50 breast cancer patients admitted from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as subjects, randomly numbered from 1 to 50, and 25 of them were randomly selected. Routine nursing was carried out in the process of nursing care as the control group, and comprehensive nursing intervention was applied in the process of nursing care for the remaining patients as the observation group. Analyze the effect of intervention. Results combined with the comparison of exercise compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups, the observation group had advantages. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of postoperative care for breast cancer patients can promote the compliance of patients with postoperative exercise and help them recover.
