摘要	探讨综合护理应用在关节镜联合开放楔形胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者术后护理中的效果。方法选择2019年8月至2021年4月期间在我院接受关节镜联合开放楔形胫骨高位截骨术治疗的74例膝关节骨关节炎患者为此次研究对象，分为对照组（n=37）和研究组（n=37）两个组别。对照组患者采取普通的常规护理模式进行护理，而研究组患者则采用综合护理模式进行护理。结果护理后，研究组患者的HAMA、HAMD以及膝关节功能评分都要优于对照组，两组之间的差异为（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的术后并发症发生率要低于对照组，组间差异为（P＜0.05）。结论将综合护理应用在关节镜联合开放楔形胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者术后护理中的效果较佳，具有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy combined with open wedge-shaped high tibial osteotomy. Methods: 74 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent arthroscopy combined with open wedge-shaped high tibial osteotomy in our hospital from August 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into control group (n=37) and study group (n=37). The patients in the control group were given ordinary routine nursing care, while the patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing care. Results: after nursing, HAMA, HAMD and knee function scores of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was (P; The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of comprehensive nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy combined with open wedge-shaped high tibial osteotomy has a better effect, and has high clinical application value.
