妇产科护理的安全管理与人性化护理的探讨

摘要	探究妇产科护理中安全管理与人性化护理的意义。方法回顾本院2021年1月到2022年1月收治的妇产科患者100例施行对比分析，对照组施行妇产科安全管理，观察组施行妇产科安全管理联合人性化护理，对比两组妇产科护理工作量表考核表下给药安全、住院安全、手术安全的评分；对比两组50例患者在护理前后的心理SAS/SDS评分；统计患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组给药安全、住院安全、手术安全的平均分偏高，满意度偏高，护理后观察组SAS/SDS评分偏低，（P<0.05）。结论妇产科排查风险的过程中关注患者身心健康，施行即为人性又为理性的护理措施，有益于妇产科管理质量的提升。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the significance of safety management and humanized nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: to review in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were treated 100 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients of comparative analysis, the control of safety management of obstetrics and gynecology, observation group joint humanized nursing security management of obstetrics and gynecology, compared two groups of gynecology and obstetrics nursing scale administered under the progress review security, hospitalization security, operation safety ratings; The psychological SAS/SDS scores of 50 patients in the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Patients satisfaction with nursing was counted. Results: The average score of medication safety, hospitalization safety and operation safety was higher in the observation group, and the satisfaction was higher, while the SAS/SDS score of the observation group after nursing was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is beneficial to improve the management quality of obstetrics and gynecology to pay attention to patients physical and mental health and carry out nursing measures that are both humane and rational in the process of risk investigation.
