早期康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能的影响

摘要	探讨早期康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法将我院2020年1月-2021年1月46例脑梗死偏瘫患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施早期康复护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺损得分、运动功能得分、满意度。结果实验组神经功能缺损得分低于对照组，运动功能得分高于对照组，满意度高于对照组， P＜0.05。结论脑梗死偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理效果确切，可改善患者运动功能，减轻神经功能损害和提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on the motor function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods: From January 2020 to January 2021, 46 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given early rehabilitation nursing. Neurological deficit scores, motor function scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: The neurological deficit score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the motor function score was higher than that of the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia is effective, which can improve patients motor function, reduce nerve function damage and improve their satisfaction.
