| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the therapeutic significance of esomeprazole in the treatment of upper
gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer in improving clinical symptoms and improving the quality of
prognosis of patients. Methods: Test the selected object is from 2019.04 to 2022.02, in this stage in our hospital
treatment for peptic ulcer and a total of 78 cases of patients with symptoms of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage
quantity, take a random number table method of grouping, a set of set as control group, the number of cases, a total
of 39 cases, the adoption omeprazole, providing another group set as observation group, patients of 39 cases
number between groups, Esomeprazole was used for treatment, and the differences of total efficacy, clinical related
indicators and medication safety indicators among the groups after treatment were analyzed. Results: The
therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than that of control group, the amount of blood loss, mean
hemostasis time, occult blood conversion time and hospitalization time of observation group were lower than that
of control group, and the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group, P < 0.05;
There was no significant difference in adr between the two groups, P > 0.05. Conclusion: Esomeprazole can
effectively relieve the symptoms of bleeding and abdominal pain in patients, further improve the therapeutic effect,
but also shorten the length of hospital stay, high drug safety, suitable for primary hospitals to use for reference.
